FAQs

What is the onboarding process?

We generally conduct an initial meeting where we discuss a basic overview of your situation, and provide an estimate of fees and a scope of work performed. After we have agreed on the work to be performed, we will give the client access to a secure portal to begin uploading pertinent documents.

What are your fees?

For businesses, the schedule of pricing is below. In an effort to ease the burden of paying the entire year’s bill at one time, we operate on a monthly billing schedule. For individual tax returns, we give an estimate based off of the complexity of the tax return. Individual minimums are $600 and business (S Corporation, Partnership, Sole Proprietorship) minimums are $1,000.

How do you conduct meetings?

Client meetings can be conducted in-person at our office in Clayton, over the phone, or Google Meet.

Do we have to have a meeting or can we just upload our information?

We do not require an initial meeting, so you may request a portal link and upload your documents, and we will follow up with questions concerning your tax return at that point.

What types of returns do you prepare?

We prepare returns for businesses and individuals in all fifty states. Rental income, dividends, interest, cryptocurrency, stock sales, retirement, and everything in between! We prepare for all business entities as well: S Corporations, C Corporations, Partnerships, Single Member LLCs.
